Two Batches of Role-Based Training Held for EPB Officials and Stakeholders

The Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) participated in a two-batch Role-Based Training program on the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) system, held from 01 to 02 July 2026 at BCC Bhaban, Agargaon, Dhaka. The training was designed to enhance participants’ operational knowledge and practical understanding of the BSW portal. It featured live demonstrations in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment, focusing on key processes such as user registration, CLP submission, online payment, and the approval workflow. Through interactive discussions and hands-on exercises, participants developed a clear understanding of the system and strengthened their ability to effectively use the BSW portal in their respective roles.
