Training of Trainers – 1st Batch

The 1st Batch of the four-day Training of Trainers (ToT) is being conducted at the Conference Room of the NBR Office as part of the capacity-building initiatives under the National Single Window (NSW) Project. The training is attended by IT professionals from the National Board of Revenue (NBR) and the NSW team.

The training aims to strengthen participants’ ability to understand the trainer’s role, assess their communication skills, apply the trainer’s toolkit through practical demonstrations, and handle questions with confidence. The initiative is intended to develop competent trainers who can support the sustainable adoption and effective operation of the NSW system.
