Successful Completion of Role-Based Training for BTRC Officials and Stakeholders

A role-based training on the BSW Portal was successfully conducted for BTRC officials and stakeholders over two batches, held on 29–30 June and 1–2 July 2026. A total of 63 participants attended the training sessions. The training covered key functionalities of the portal, including the user registration process, CLP submission, approval workflows, and the payment module. Participants also received comprehensive guidance on BSW system through live demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and interactive group discussions.
