Role-Based Training on BSW System held in Chattogram

Two batches of Role-Based Training on the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) System were successfully conducted from 10–13 August 2026 at BCC, Chattogram, with the participation of officials & stakeholders of the Department of Fisheries (DOF). The sessions provided participants with an overview of the BSW portal and its core functionalities. Major topics covered included user registration, CLP application preparation and submission, payment procedures, application processing, and approval workflows. Live demonstrations, interactive discussions, hands-on exercises, and question-and-answer sessions enabled participants to better understand the system and its application in their respective roles. Participants actively shared their experiences, raised queries, and provided valuable feedback, fostering an engaging and collaborative learning environment.
