Role-Based Training on Arrival and Departure Module conducted in Mongla

Two batches of Role-Based Training on the Arrival & Departure Module of the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) System were successfully conducted from 10–13 August 2026 in Mongla for shipping agents, representatives of shipping associations, and customs officials. The training focused on helping participants understand the main features, functions, and processes of the Arrival & Departure Module. Through presentations, live system demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and interactive discussions, participants gained practical knowledge of how to use the module and complete relevant activities through the BSW System. The sessions also provided an opportunity for participants to ask questions, discuss practical issues, and clarify their understanding of the system. The training further highlighted the importance of the BSW initiative in simplifying trade procedures, reducing processing time, improving coordination, and making trade-related activities more efficient.
