Role-Based Training held on Arrival & Departure Module

Two batches of Role-Based Training on the Arrival & Departure Module of the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) System were successfully conducted from 27–30 June 2026 at BCC Bhaban, Chattogram, targeting shipping operators, shipping associations, and customs officials. The training aimed to strengthen participants’ operational knowledge and practical capacity to effectively use the Arrival & Departure Module. The sessions covered key functionalities, system workflows, and relevant operational procedures through a structured combination of technical presentations, live system demonstrations, hands-on practical exercises, and interactive discussions. Participants were provided with practical exposure to the module, enabling them to better understand the end-to-end processes associated with vessel arrival and departure-related activities within the BSW platform. The interactive nature of the sessions also facilitated clarification of operational queries and enhanced participants’ familiarity with the system.
