First Role-Based Training on the Arrival and Departure Held in Chattogram

The first Role-Based Training on the Arrival and Departure Module of the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) System for Shipping Agents and Shipping Associations was successfully conducted on 17 June 2026 at BCC Bhaban, Chattogram. The training brought together 31 participants from Shipping Agents and Shipping Associations, providing them with comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in using the Arrival and Departure Module of the BSW portal. Through a combination of presentations, live demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and interactive discussions, participants gained valuable insights into the module’s functionalities, workflows, and operational processes. The program also highlighted the broader vision and objectives of the Bangladesh Single Window initiative, emphasizing its role in streamlining trade procedures, enhancing efficiency.
