Executive-Level Training (ELT) Conducted in Cox’s Bazar

The 5th and 6th Executive-Level Training (ELT) for officials of Customs and the National Board of Revenue (NBR) was successfully conducted on 12–13 July 2026 at Bay Watch, Teknaf Marine Drive, Inani Beach, Cox’s Bazar-4750. A total of 40 participants attended the training in two batches. The training focused on the key features and functionalities of the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW), including an overview of the web portal, module-specific functionalities, compliance aspects, relevant regulatory guidelines, and the reporting and analytical capabilities of BSW to support policy-level decision-making. The sessions included interactive discussions and a Question-and-Answer session, allowing participants to clarify issues and share insights. The program concluded with the distribution of certificates among the participants.
