BSW Facilitates Role-Based Training for BEZA

The Role-Based Training Program on the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) System was conducted for officials and stakeholders of the Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) (2 Batches) on 7–8 June 2026 at BCC Bhaban, Agargaon, Dhaka. A total of 40 participants attended the program, which was designed to improve their understanding of the BSW platform and its operational processes. The sessions combined interactive presentations, live demonstrations in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment, and practical exercises, enabling participants to gain firsthand experience with key system functions. The training covered essential activities such as user account registration, Certificate and License Permit (CLP) application submission, and the online payment process. The program concluded with an interactive feedback session, where participants expressed appreciation for the practical approach and relevance of the training.
