BEZA Officials and stakeholders Receive BSW Training

The Role-Based Training Program for officials and stakeholders of the Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) was successfully held on 9–10 June 2026 at BCC Bhaban, Agargaon, Dhaka, with the participation of 21 officials and stakeholders. The training focused on enhancing participants’ knowledge and practical skills in using the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) System. Through live demonstrations in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment and hands-on exercises, participants gained practical experience in user registration, CLP submission, and the online payment process. The program concluded with positive feedback, highlighting its effectiveness in strengthening participants’ understanding and capacity to use the BSW System efficiently.
