ARMS Training for CLPIAs

The role-based training on the Automated Risk Management System (ARMS) was successfully conducted from 06–09 July 2026 at Golden Tulip The Grandmark, Dhaka 1207, with the participation of 29 officials from Certificate, License and Permit Issuing Agencies (CLPIAs). The training was designed to enhance participants’ understanding of risk-based customs management and strengthen their capacity to effectively use the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) ARMS module. The sessions covered the core functionalities of the ARMS module, including risk registers, risk criteria, risk rules, and risk profiling. Through a blend of interactive presentations, system demonstrations, and hands-on practical exercises, participants gained valuable experience in applying the ARMS module to support efficient, transparent, and targeted customs risk management.
