Sensitization Workshop on Bangladesh Single Window for Department of Environment (DoEN) and Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA)

Sensitization Workshop was organized on Bangladesh Single Window system (Software solution) on December 3, 2023 at InterContinental Hotel, Dhaka. 97 participants from DoEN, DGDA, NBR etc. attended the workshop. Mr. Abu Hena Md. Rahmatul Muneem, Senior Secretary of the Internal Resource Division and Chairman of The National Board of Revenue, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh inaugurated the series of awareness programs and trainings for stakeholders. The event extensively covered the Single Window System, delving into its overview and associated benefits, roadmap for the integration/onboarding of stakeholders, a thorough examination of potential risks in implementation, and an insightful exploration of stakeholder-specific functions and process workflows. This transformative workshop sought to enhance awareness and understanding of the Bangladesh Single Window, a crucial development for trade facilitation in the region.
