Role-Based User Training for DoE Officials and Stakeholders

Role-based training program for DoE officials and stakeholders was held at the Bangladesh Computer Council on 16^th, 17^th and 28^th April. Around 21 participants were trained and they developed in-depth understanding of the BSW portal, registration procedures, all the 4 CLP submission, payment methods, and approval processes. Attendees’ active engagement in group discussions facilitated fruitful knowledge exchange and positive feedback. The sessions were accompanied by provision of necessary resources such as bags, informative brochures, user manuals, refreshments and meals, along with allowances.
