Role-Based User Training for BAERA Officials and Stakeholders

The Role-Based User Training for BAERA Officials and Stakeholders was successfully held on 09-10 March 2026 at BCC Bhaban, Chattogram, with the participation of 21 attendees. The session focused on the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) System, covering key processes such as user registration, CLP submission, payment module, and application approval workflow. The training encouraged active participation and knowledge sharing among the attendees. Overall, the session contributed to strengthening users’ capacity to effectively operate the BSW system.
