Role-Based Training Successfully Conducted with Participation of EPB Officials and Stakeholders

A two-batch Role-Based Training session for Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) officials and stakeholders was held on 21–22 and 27–28 July 2025 in Chattogram. A total of 65 participants attended the sessions, which included an introductory presentation, informative video, and live demonstrations for hands-on practice. The training covered key features of the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) system, focusing on portal overview, registration, submission of export/import licenses, the approval process, and the payment module.
