Role-Based Training on the BSW System in Chittagong

From February 16-20, 2025, customs officials and C&F agents participated in role-based training sessions on the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) system in Chittagong. The primary objective of the sessions was to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the BSW portal. The training covered key processes such as registering on the system, submitting Export and Import Licenses, completing the online payment procedure, and approval process. A video on the utilization of CLP in ASYCUDA was also shown to clarify concepts for the participants. Group discussions and feedback sessions further facilitated the exchange of valuable insights and opinions regarding the BSW system.
