Role-Based Training of BSW for Clearing and Forwarding Agents, Session 02

The second batch of Clearing and Forwarding (C&F) Agents’ two-day role-based training on the BSW system was held on 07 and 08 October 2024 with 28 agents participating. The first day covered an overview of the BSW portal and the registration process, complemented by a video presentation and the second day focused on CLP application submission, approval procedure, and detailed guidance on the payment module. The training emphasized experiential learning through live demonstrations and interactive discussions, fostering engagement and collaboration among the participants.
