Role-Based Training of BSW for Clearing and Forwarding Agents, Session 01

C&F Agents took part in two-day role-based training on the BSW system, conducted on September 30 and October 01, 2024, at the 3D Lab, BCC Bhaban in Agargaon, Dhaka. On the first day, 32 participants explored an overview of the BSW portal and learned about the registration process. A video clip was presented as well. The second day focused on CLP application submissions, and approval procedures, and offered comprehensive guidance on the payment module. Emphasizing experiential learning, the training featured live demonstrations and interactive group discussions, promoting active engagement and enriching knowledge sharing among all participants.
