Role Based Training for BKMEA

A two-day role-based training program was successfully conducted for BKMEA officials and key stakeholders on 08–09 April 2026 in Dhaka. The program was organized in two batches, engaging a total of 44 participants. The sessions covered essential features of the BSW portal, including user registration, submission of FC and MC licenses, payment processing and approval process. The training emphasized practical, hands-on exercises and encouraged active participation, enabling attendees to build confidence and enhance their operational efficiency in using the system.
