Role-Based Training for Benapole Customs Officials and C&F Agents on BSW

The Role-Based Training for Customs Officials and Clearing and Forwarding (C&F) Agents took place on January 20 and 21, 2025, at the Ichamati Conference Room of the Benapole Custom House in Jashore. A total of 58 participants (29 Customs Officials and 29 C&F agents per batch) attended the training, which focused on the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) system.

The program featured live demonstrations of online modules, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice sessions, emphasizing the CLP approval process. Participants gained comprehensive insights into the functionalities of the BSW portal and its approval processes. Active engagement was encouraged throughout, facilitating valuable knowledge exchange and earning highly positive feedback from attendees.

To ensure participants’ comfort and satisfaction, the event provided morning and evening snacks, tea/coffee, lunch, and a generous allowance, making the training both productive and enjoyable.
