Awareness sessions of BSW held on 15 May,2024

On 15 May 2024, an awareness session of BSW was held at Agrabad Hotel in Chittagong. The session was attended by a total of 90 participants, including representatives of Customs Excise and VAT Commissionerate, Chittagong, Customs Bond Commissionerate, Chittagong Port Authority, Bangladesh Inland Container Depot Association, DG Cargo Bangladesh Navy etc. It was graced by Mr. Mohammad faizur Rahman as chief guest. A video was shown to provide the overall concept of BSW’s capabilities. The session included presentations, CLP applications, demo of the submission process, overview of the portal, onboarding of stakeholders, CLP cancellation process in the ASCUDA system, identifying risks through group discussions and discussing the activities of the stakeholders. Participants were provided with a brochure, presentation copy, diary, pen etc.
