Awareness sessions of BSW held at Chittagong

An insightful awareness session was held at Agrabad Hotel in Chittagong on 14 May with representatives of the business community, customs officials, C&F agents, shipping agents, EPZ, BEPZA and CCI officials. Various presentations, demo of CLP application and submission, overview of the portal, onboarding of stakeholders, the procedure for writing off the CLP in the Asycuda system, etc. were discussed in the session. The session featured a video that provided participants with a complete understanding of BSW. In the group discussion, question-and-answer session was organized along with risk identification and stakeholders’ functions. Participants were provided with a training kit containing brochures, presentations, diaries, pens, etc.
