Awareness Session of Bangladesh Single Window for FBCCI Officials and Traders

An Awareness Session on the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) System was held on July 15, 2024, at the FBCCI office in Dhaka. The event was attended by 110 participants, including officials and members of the trading community from the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI). Mr. ABM Shafiqur Rahman, Project Director of the NSW Project, delivered a warm welcome speech. This was followed by an insightful address from Mr. Mahbubul Alam, President of FBCCI, highlighting the benefits of BSW for the trading community. A video presentation introduced the BSW Portal, and further presentations covered the portal’s overview, benefits, stakeholders’ onboarding, and the procedure for writing off the CLP in the ASYCUDA system. Group discussions and Q&A session were key components of the event. Participants received brochures, presentation materials, diaries, pens, bags etc.
