Awareness Session for Chittagong Customs Officials and C and F Agents on BSW

An Awareness Session for Customs Officials and Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Agents was held on January 29, 2025, at the Karnafuli Hall of Hotel Agrabad in Chittagong. The training, conducted in two batches, saw the participation of 179 attendees, including 118 Customs Officials and 61 C&F agents.

The session focused on the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) system, featuring live demonstrations, and interactive discussions. Particular emphasis was placed on the CLP submission process, providing participants with in-depth knowledge of the BSW portal’s functionalities and approval workflows.

Attendees actively engaged throughout the program, contributing to valuable knowledge exchange and providing highly positive feedback. To enhance participants’ experience, the event included morning and evening refreshments, tea/coffee, lunch, and a generous allowance, making it both informative and enjoyable.
