Administrative training session on the BSW portal for NBR Officials

The admin training on the BSW portal was held at The Midori by Lakeshore, Dhaka, on August 19, 21, and 22, 2024. The sessions featured presentations, demonstrations, and discussions that covered an overview of BSW, its benefits, and a detailed walkthrough of the web portal’s functionalities. Key topics included configuring Webb User (WU), URIMM, and CLP, as well as the process for submitting and approving EPB CLP. A video showcasing BSW’s capabilities was also presented. Participants received training kits that included a user manual, diary, pen, and bag to ensure a comprehensive training experience.
